Orders & Cash on Delivery

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes — absolutely. Cash on Delivery is available on all Kinza Nadeem orders across Pakistan. Simply place your order online, and pay in cash when your parcel arrives at your doorstep. No online payment or card is required.

How do I place a COD order?

It is simple. Browse our collection, add your favourite piece to the cart, proceed to checkout, enter your delivery address and phone number, and select "Cash on Delivery" as your payment method. That is all. We will confirm your order within 24 hours via a call or WhatsApp message.

Will someone call me to confirm my order?

Yes. For all COD orders, our team will call or WhatsApp you within 24 hours to confirm your order details, delivery address, and any special instructions before we dispatch. Please make sure your contact number is correct at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes — changes and cancellations are accepted before your order is dispatched. Please contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible with your order number. Once the parcel has been handed to the courier, we are unable to make changes.

Is it safe to place an order on your website?

Completely. Our store is secured with SSL encryption. For COD orders, you do not enter any payment information at all — you simply pay cash on delivery. Your personal information is never shared with third parties.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery across Pakistan takes 3–5 business days after order confirmation. Delivery to major cities like Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad is typically faster — usually 2–3 business days. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders above ₨3,000. Orders below this amount carry a standard shipping fee, which is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Which courier service do you use?

We ship via trusted Pakistani courier services including TCS, Leopards, and BlueEx depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS once your order is dispatched.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, we will send your tracking number via WhatsApp. You can use this number on the courier's website to track your parcel in real time. You can also message us directly and we will track it for you.

Sizing & Fit

How do I know which size to order?

Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements in inches. We recommend measuring your chest, waist, and hips before ordering. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more comfortable, relaxed fit. Our team is also available on WhatsApp to help you choose the right size.

Do your clothes run true to size?

Our pieces are designed to Pakistani standard sizing and generally run true to size. Specific fit notes (e.g. "relaxed fit" or "fitted silhouette") are mentioned in each product description. When in doubt, refer to the measurements on the size guide rather than the label size.

Can I request a custom size?

For stitched suits, custom sizing may be available on select pieces. Please contact us on WhatsApp before placing your order with your measurements and the product code, and we will confirm availability and any additional charges.

What if the size does not fit when it arrives?

We offer a hassle-free size exchange within 3 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached. Please contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will arrange the exchange. Please note that exchange shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective.

Return & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept exchanges within 3 days of delivery for size or defect issues. We do not offer cash refunds on COD orders unless the item received is damaged or incorrect. Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact. Sale items are not eligible for exchange.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

We sincerely apologise if this happens. Please take a clear photo of the item and contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or full resolution at no cost to you. Your satisfaction is our priority.

How do I initiate an exchange?

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number, the product code, and the reason for exchange. Our team will guide you through the process within 24 hours. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.

Products & Quality

What fabrics do you use?

We work with premium quality fabrics suited to each collection — including lawn, khaddar, chiffon, silk blends, and cotton. The fabric details for each product are listed in the product description. We prioritise comfort, quality, and longevity in every piece we create.

Are the colours accurate in the photos?

We do our best to capture true colours in our product photography. However, slight variations may occur due to different screen settings and lighting conditions. If you would like to see additional photos or a video of a specific piece, please message us on WhatsApp before ordering.

Account & General

Do I need to create an account to order?

No. You can checkout as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, save your address, and access your order history easily. It takes less than a minute to set up.
